I have to say I haven’t had the BEST in person customer service in years! Monica the manager on site, exactly knew the size of storage to recommend after a few questions, perfect size for my belongings. Next, I notice my unit door didn’t have lock pad guard. Monica called Rene, on site maintenance and upgrade my lock and install a guard in minutes!!! Wow! I’ve been rent storage for years never had this customer service. I recommend this storage location. They will work with you! Times are rough and tough, they made it easy.

This is my first time renting a storage. Monica was the one to help us. She is awesome. I recommend coming here to store your belongings, where you know it's safe! Overall excellent customer service.
