Extra Space Storage Odessa

The fastest and easiest customer service I have ever had at any business. I love when I see someone take pride in their job. Person helping me out was named Charlie. She was so nice I was so stressed from moving and she made everything so much easier even got me into a bigger unit and thank god she did because I needed the extra space! These are the kind of people that make life easier! Highly recommend! One call and I had someone making it easier calling me giving me quotes. I literally had a storage in no time!!!! :).

The facility was clean and quiet. I'll give five stars for that. Beyond their control, I would give some of the other customers a two. Blocking the drive with 2 or 3 cars is beyond ridiculous. I understand emptying a unit, but be considerate and don't block an already narrow path.

Really great group of folks to work with. I wish there addon policies were made known before the check out process began. But it is what it is. Everyone trying to milk everyone for something and extra space no different.
