Life Storage Waterbury

Wonderful location. We had rented in Bristol,CT for about a year and did not have the greatest experience there but decided to give the company another shot by moving our unit to Waterbury and Larrisa completely changed our opinion and experience with life storage. She has been nothing but wonderful, helpful and accommodating to us and even during the merge kept us completely informed and each and every time we have gone to the unit, she is always walking around making sure everyone is happy and will go above and beyond to remedy any issue or concern we have had. She is top notch.

I went in to discuss questions I had about renting a storage unit for my grandmother and was greeted promptly and with great etiquette! The management was great and the information provided was greatly explained! 10/10 will be recommending to friends and family.
