Came in yesterday to see unit the guy in here was not I'm the office and the door was open I was in the office for awhile and no one came to the front had to scream hello for the guy to show up asked to see the unit he just took me to the unit asked to see the unit and he said no that I had to rent it to see it . Very unprofessional he left after that. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star is because I met Ana today completely different experience. Day and night.
Storing at 08432 but we encountered Ana she was super nice and helpful made us feel welcome great personality. We had a rough start but she made it great she's like family now can't wait for the chilaquiles lol.
Customer service greeting me kindly. Isabel answered all my questions and will definitely be back to rent. Great staff.
