I went there on Thursday after my wife had an appointment with the surgeon she is having a surgery and we had lunch it was the most fresh delicious food the California rolls are the best around my wife got the salmon bento box and quality was Unreal the tempura was Awesome everything was great the water had a little slice of lime in it the service was perfect people are super nice the atmosphere is great. It was a good ending to a not so good day thank you can't wait to go again.

Kansai is probably one of the best places to get Japanese near Concord, they have good sushi and good entrees with larger portions. The price has gone up a bit over the years, but it's still worth it and the quality shows this.

Very friendly service, the waitress was so nice and attentive, and kept coming back to check on us. We're all happy with our food. The food was tasty and the fish was fresh. The portion was generous and the price was quite reasonable. It's definitely one of the best Japanese restaurant in Concord. We'll surely come back. As a added bonus, they open until.11:30pm.
