My husband and I have been going to Family Tax for a few years now and will continue to do so. Employees are professional, patient and they explain thorough information in regards to what one can ask into regards to taxes. Stephanie Paz attended us this year and overall, she did a good job representing the business and the way customer experience matters to them.

Family Tax is literally the best tax service in the AV! I have trusted them with my taxes for years and now my adult children use them as well. Particularly Katherine, she is very communicative and delightful. Her professional demeanor is impeccable and reassuring. I constantly boast of Family Tax and how wonderful they are to everyone! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!

Yadira has been my tax preparer for the past few years now and she knows what she’s doing. Always takes her time and does a great job to get me the best refund. She is a very nice lady and answers all my questions.
