Hello I recently visited Jh and I had the best customer service. The workers greeted me promptly. There was a small wait only because the tax professional I wanted was helping someone else. When she got to me she helped in every way. And then when it came to doing my taxes she was very thorough.And she even told me that if I had any questions comments or concerns I could contact at anytime and she would be more then willing to help me in anyway she could. Thank you Kathy, I will be coming back.

Eric was very helpful with helping me get my taxes done. For going somewhere for the first time to get them done I was very happy with everything that was done.
