I have been doing my taxes with them for 2 years and would never want to go back to anyone else, ever. They are on top of things, send you reminders, have a portal to upload all needed documents, and you have access to your tax return whenever, once it is filed. I do my taxes through the phone. The appointment time is pretty organized and if he is running a few minutes late, he sends a text, which is expected at times during high season. It takes me about 15 minutes to finish the appointment. They get me the money I deserve and they are very well educated and know their field. Thank you Adrian for all of.your knowledge, kindness, and customer service. You and your team are amazing.
