Always the go to spot when I'm needing a Boba or want to eat with friends. Amazing prices an deals. Aka buy one get one Boba! Service is a hit or miss usually depending if busy. It is kinda small. Bathroom does need to clean up the tagging but understanding out here it will always reappear. But the food quality is just to die for. We had dinner here on Sunday afternoon it was empty and the food was delicious. We had the Pad Thai and tum yum Kai. The portions were great and the mango sticky rice was also very good.
