Maxem Health Flowood Urgent Care

It was a overall pleasant experience. However the receptionist was clueless. She said my insurance was invalid. I had to tell her to put in the right group number for my insurance. She said that it didn't make any difference. After she put in the right number my insurance went through. She also told the people after me that their insurance was invalid, as well. Ya'll should train these people. After I got back to get my labs done and see the nurse practitioner everything went smoothly.

My daughter got hurt during the State band competition in Madison and needed stitches. We were from out of town so it made me nervous to go to an unfamiliar clinic. This clinic was the only one still open and even though it was getting close to their 8 PM closing time they took us as patients with no hesitation and could not have been nicer. Lexie and Dr. Broussard were so great with my daughter and helped settle her nerves. They were very informative about post-op care and made sure they answered any questions we had. They could not have been any nicer! Great experience from the front to the back! Highly recommend this clinic and so thankful they were there for us.
