Great experience here. Just went in to get my 5-year-old son checked out as he has RSV and I suspected he was dehydrated and needed an IV.
Even though this location ostensibly doesn’t specialize in pediatrics, and we were a little unsure if my son would tolerate being IVed without being strapped in (Rady ER has straps), the nurses on call were super sweet and resourceful and swaddled him and got the blood draw and IV done quickly.
Besides the wonderful nurses, I was very happy with our doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Ross Belanoff who was professional and attentive and took time to explain things to us so we could make informed decisions.
Overall, I was happy with how clean and comfortable they made things for us. Will definitely be using this urgent care again if I ever need to.
