Eric R. Richter, MD - UROLOGY CONSULTANTS PC

I recently accompanied my husband on a visit to Dr. Richter. We visited Dr. Richter 5+ years ago for a kidney issue, but chose to work with a doctor in COS since my husband's pending hospitalization would be closer to family there than Pueblo hospitals. This visit we were seen by both Dr. Richter and Nurse Sandy. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were taken to an exam room within 5 minutes of our scheduled apppointment time, and Nurse Sandy was personable and efficient during the intake process which put my husband at ease (which was no small accomplishment). After the nurse gathered information, we had a brief wait for Dr. Richter. He listened carefully to the description of my husband's problems, asked questions, and listened to our responses. Dr. Richter was calm and professional, and he laid out a plan to address our concerns. When things didn't go exactly as anticipated, he modified the plan to accommodate the situation. Overall, we received great care!

Dr. Richter has gone above and beyond what was necessary to address a health issue I am experiencing. His staff is friendly and very helpful, and he has spent much time and effort ensuring that I have the best care possible. I was seen quickly and all my questions have been answered and all my concerns have been dealt with appropriately. He has given me top-notch care.

Dr Richter listened to me carefully and we decided upon a procedure. It was also easy to get an appointment and they saw me quickly.
