I highly recommend Charleston Veterinary Referral Center. From the receptionist to the technicians to the doctors they treated me with the utmost respect and kindness during a most stressful time. They help me feel at ease and I trusted them wholeheartedly. They got my dog regulated with his diabetes and he's back to his old self again which he hasn't been for months. If you have an emergency and your dog is in trouble this hospital is where you should take your baby. Their prices were reasonable and they really did try to keep my cost down. For me I don't care what the cost I'm just glad my baby was able to come home. So fortunate to have this caliber of facility within a 15 minute drive of our home. Our pups have been seen on several occasions for emergency and critical care. From the doctors, vet techs, front desk, the voice when you call them All treat you and your pet with great professionalism, care & kindness! Explain the treatment plans so that you understand and all costs are in writing so there are no surprises. My family and pups thank all the staff for being there in our times of need.

Our 8 yr old Cavilier Spaniel was admitted on Friday afternoon with difficulty breathing and congestive heart failure. She was taken in immediately and placed in intensive care. She received immediate treatment and was released Saturday morning. We were very pleased with the attention and care she received. A high level medical care facility staffed by competent caregivers comparable to any people hospital!
