Northside Animal Hospital

I am tremendously happy with the care we receive at Northside Animal Hospital. Every team member from the front office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians has offered absolutely stellar service. My cats were very ill recently and being new to Columbus, I had to scramble quickly to find a new veterinarian. Northside Animal Hospital was able to get us in right away. We’ve had a few visits and everyone has been very friendly, compassionate, and able to ease my worries. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, exams are thorough, and communication has been prompt and crystal clear. I’ve lived in many different cities and Northside Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever come across. I cannot recommend them enough. Ackbar and Dinah say, “thank you for helping us feel better! We were miserable and our mom was so worried. Now we are feeling more like our normal selves.”

Clean facility. First time as we are new to the area! The vet was very nice and they are upfront about the cost of everything. I would recommend as we had no issues today. We did wait longer than I anticipated however, as a former vet tech some days that happens with emergencies and the unknown of some appointments taking longer than others. Overall, the experience was good!

Phenomenal experience as ALWAYS!! THE entire staff is Always friendly and compassionate. When I went on Vacation Linda made me feel at ease with leaving my babies there for a few days. I had never left my lil Lucy, and she understood exactly how I felt, she made me feel that much better about leaving. I've been going to Northside Animal Hospital since 2015, and I'll continue to give them my business 100%.
