I had a VHS tape that I wanted transferred to digital format. The turn around time was 1 week and the job was done perfectly. You get a choice between a DVD or the media loaded on a thumb drive. I chose the thumb drive and was very happy with the results!

We ran into a problem with a camcorder tape to DVD transfer. With out any fuss they insisted on giving me a refund along with the working DVD! They're clearly dedicated to providing great service.
