We had a very, very good experience with the 10com team. We are a non-profit and we don't have any "employees" but wanted assistance in helping us up our design game through the use of logo's & some branding. 10com's team didn't disappoint. The purchasing was easy, the provided details to kickstart the project led to very quick designs, and more importantly they were patient with us as we iterated to the final design. In less than 4 days, we were complete with a brand new logo for our non-profit. We are so proud of the logo and we already use it all over our website! We put our rating in action because it wasn't 2-3 weeks later that we had more needs for a logo for our non-profit and this was done within 2-days as we hired 10com again. We did this all through email with no voice or time dedicated in meetings to make it happen. Great experience.
