Fantastic program. It works! At 11 weeks I had lost 37 pounds and a total of 21.5 inches! It helped me reset my metabolism and my eating habits. Easy to follow and the accountability really helped. I feel so much better and continue to consistently lose weight! Highly recommend!

This weight loss program it’s so easy to follow and my health coach showed me that I can eat less, still feel full, and still enjoy what I’m eating. I’m never hungry and my energy level is so much higher than it used to be.

This program really works! They taught me a new perspective on food. I am maintaining easily and still losing using the habits I have learned. My body and mind have been reset. I used to feel like food was an emotional crutch and now I use food for fuel and have plenty of energy. Even my family joined in seeing how fast my body transformed, they made positive and healthy changes as well. I’m not finished with the program yet but I know that weight is gone for good.
