We had 8 windows and 2 doors replaced by American Home Renewal and are very happy with the result. It started with Andy really trying to understand what we wanted, providing very good solutions, much better than the other people we had out for a quote. Then Tommas helped me with a complication from a previous permit and gave me solid assistance to solve it. Keith was very accessible and always kept me informed on progress and in the end tracked a screen that they found damaged and had to be reordered. The work by Reuben and his crew was outstanding with minimal effect on our work-from-home living. They humored me on a few tries on the perfect framing. One old window framing had some dry rot and they fixed it at no extra cost. Everything was paint ready. They are located in South San Francisco, and our job was in San Jose, which was never an issue. Again, we’re very pleased with the result and the price and highly recommend that you have American Home Renewal come out for a quote for your job.

I almost never write google reviews unless I'm compelled by excellence. I have been very impressed by Marc and his team. They have been professional and helpful during our window replacement journey. We have this strange situation where the City is requiring that we change out nearly brand new windows (don't ask!) and the AHR team has been amazing throughout. They helped us with letters to the City on suggestions, they have highlighted areas of risk that none of the other vendors noticed and they have been amazingly responsive, proactively checking in. I have used American Home Renewal twice, and both experiences were phenomenal. I got estimates from three different companies and went with American Home Renewal. Their pricing is fair, and their products are of good quality. Crews were professional, on-time, and did a stellar job with cleanup. The windows look great, and the drafts are gone.
