Hot For Yoga

Hot for Yoga was the first studio I have been to for hot yoga in 5+ years. First time back and I was thoroughly impressed with the ecosystem of people, place and practice! Super cute and inviting lobby… products for sale but not pushed… Ravinder was friendly and answered all of my questions patiently and with kindness. The room was hot and it felt good! I like doing hot yoga because it is the same poses and they are easy to remember but have a immediate effect on the body. I highly recommend this yoga studio even if you are a little timid or uncertain. Ask questions about healing… I have old athletic injuries and first day back I felt the trauma in my shoulder opening up to healing. Try this place… your body and wellness will be excited you did! Bravo on a great studio!.

My husband and I love this studio. The instructors are all amazing. There is no judgement here, everyone is so welcoming and supportive and there to help you meet your goals. We really wanted to find a place we could have a healthy lifestyle, but we found much more than that in an incredible community at Hot For Yoga.
