Great staff! Karrie was a wonderful help, patient and helped me and my handicapped wife (she's in a wheelchair) through the store. Helping to guide us around some of the tighter spaces while making sure we had a full view of the store until we found the sofa and recliners we really wanted! I highly recommend going to Mathis Brothers and signing up for their rewards program. Karrie made sure to get us the best deal as well as benefits from the reward program available.

My husband and I bought a sectional here about a year ago and loved it. We decided to buy a matching recliner. Naturally, a year later, the matching recliner was nowhere to be found. It wasn't on the website. We even called Ashley Home Store to find it and it wasn't available. We decided to try to match it as closely as possible. We walked into the store and the salesman was able to find one in stock for us to take home today. They were super helpful and friendly.

We have had great experiences at Mathis Brothers. Our sales people have been great at pointing us in the right direction and then staying pretty hands-off until we have questions or need help. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. Their membership program is great and the rewards help offset the cost of future purchases. All in all, we really enjoy going to browse when we need anything new. They don’t always get our business, but they earn it every time.
