Very nice hotel. Be sure and check out the coy at the base of the elevator. Room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Internet is fast enough for what I needed. It's a little out of the way to get here but once you've done it there's really no problem. Good location AND it feels safe going to and from the parking lot. They charge 12 dollars a night for parking but the front desk validated my parking so it ended up not costing anything. All in all it's a good place to stay.

This was our first time stay here. I have always wanted too. It was a spur of the moment anniversary trip, so we decided to bring our dog. It was so easy, everyone was so nice and accommodating. She got so much love from other guest. The two bartenders at the Merlot Lounge we so friendly and our drinks were wonderful. Can't wait to come back.

My only negative comment is that the floor didn't get vacuumed but I did request an early check-in 20 minutes prior to arrival. Fantastic guest service. Spacious and functional room. Loved the atrium surrounding layout of the rooms. Parking was plentiful and accessible from side door near pool and elevators.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in downtown Tulsa. Its so clean and the decorations are classy and have a premium feel.This hotel has plenty of nice views of downtown Tulsa and looking out towards the Arkansas river. The only minor things that need to be improved on is "elevator 3" doesn't work for unlocking with Hilton app but card key works. The garage gates most of the time don't work with either the Hilton App or the room key (as it says room not found). Otherwise the staff is verRiver and very friendly.

We had the 2 room suite and it was amazing! So much room and very nice. It had 2 sofa sleepers and a king size bed. Two full baths, wet bar, 2 tv's. We celebrated my fiancé's birthday. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again.

If u ever have any issues the manager Jim Russell in the front is the best!!! He helped me with any issues I had. Rooms are ok but decent.
