First off, Ian was friendly, pleasant, relatable, and patient with me. This is always nice when you're dealing with technical issues. Second, he answered all of my questions, both related to the direct issue, as well as tangential/unrelated tech questions, to help fill the time while he was troubleshooting and working on the fix. Third, he fully resolved the ticket issue I entered and helped me ensure I didn't have to submit a different/new ticket for a related matter, before exiting the call. Courteous and engaging throughout. Great job and thank you, Ian.

The technicians did a fast and accurate repair to my station remotely. The first technician walked me through a few steps/adjustments in my settings and the issue was corrected. Shortly after, a second technician phoned me and again, remotely did a more in-depth evaluation of my system and adjusted more settings. My system has been working flawlessly since, and I am very pleased with the expertize that these technicians have and utilized to get my system back on track.
