Derrick took some ridiculously beautiful pictures for our wedding. The pictures are beautiful and natural and us. We got every picture we wanted and more. He was also incredibly kind and supportive through the whole wedding day. So many people told me they spoke with him and were so impressed with both his professionalism and also his kindness and charm. At one point, I told him that I was interested in the pictures where goofiness came out and we have so many candid pictures of laughter and I grin every time I look at them. also, I hope derrick has raised his prices since he photographed our wedding, because the pricing was very reasonable and we received far more than we could have expected.

I would highly recommend Derrick Parsons Weddings! He did wedding and post wedding photos for my daughters micro-wedding. He was super flexible and made everyone feel comfortable as well as spent a lot of time with pre-wedding planning. And now for the film and photos- they were just beautiful! Derrick captured not just the images from the day but the feeling of the day. It is such a gift to see you child happy and Derrick's work will let us relive that any time. I would highly recommend Derrick.

Derrick is amazing and we love the photos he took of our special day! He handled everything well from different lighting to corralling people for group shots. The style mix of candids and group shots was exactly what we wanted. Could not recommend Derrick more.

From their fun, engaging website to when you get your first call with them, all the way through your wedding day, you can tell these are two cool people who love what they do. Working with Shannon and TJ Uttke for our wedding weekend was one of the best vendor decisions we made! Uttke Photography captured our welcome party as well as our wedding day. Working with the Uttke’s for our wedding was amazing! Both TJ & Shannon were so patient with us on our wedding day. They are organized, creative and a great team. Communicating with them was so easy and they are very adaptable! Having 2 photographers was perfect for us so that one could be with myself and the other with my husband while getting ready. During cocktail hour both of them were around to capture photos which made getting lots of photos easy and fast. They also worked so well with our videographers.
