New Client Coordinator Kim White is absolutely amazing! I had a question, Kim took her time with me. She answered all of my questions. The one's that she couldn't she was honest and said that she would have to get some more information and get back with me. Kim did just that she was genuinely concerned about what I was discussing with her. In this day people aren't very nice over the phone. Or they rush you off because the office is busy. Robert Horton was always available. If I had to leave a message, it wasn't long after that he would get back to me. He fought for me. He handled everything so professionally. The insurance company didn't want to budge past a certain number. He was amazing and so compassionate and got the number much higher than what they offered initially.
