I reached out to Pfeiffer Law and attorney Andrew Pfeiffer from my home in New York City and discussed a real estate transaction that my wife and I were involved in the Akron area on behalf of one of our daughters. Attorney Pfeiffer took the time to discuss the matter and how things were progressing based off of the real estate purchase agreement. I did not end up needing to engage his services at this time but he was very helpful to me and generous with his time on the phone. I would highly recommend his firm for help with real estate-related legal matters.

My husband and I were in need of assistance in the field of real estate law specifically relating to a transaction involving the sale of our primary residence. Attorney Pfeiffer reviewed the draft contract from the Buyer and agreed to re-draft the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement to make sure our interests were protected. He advised us on taking an earnest money deposit and reviewed our Ohio Residential Property Disclosure form to be sure it was filled out correctly. After we were comfortable with where all of the documents were at, he networked with a local title company to handle the real estate closing and move the process forward. He and his team were both available and efficient as we had our documents back in less than a week. We would highly recommend him for real estate law needs.
