I have been living here for 2 years and can’t complain everything has been smooth so far, the property manager has been helpful to me and very informative every time I needed assistance and we all know that every situation has good and bad points. But overall living here has been ok .

WPD Management has been responsive and supportive. Property manager Kevin Carlson and Dorian Hayes had responded timely and thoroughly. They’ve helped me to get all the things necessary for my Lease renewal. So far so good! Thank you.

I’m at the Beginning stage but The manager I’m working with is Miguel and I can honestly say his communication skills is top tier and he also very helpful with my process appreciate having someone whom keeps me informed on everything.

I moved to Chicago last year knowing practically nothing about the neighborhoods or anything else, but in talking with my leasing agent Bogdan, he was able to get me into a perfect unit for my price range. I had zero issues with the leasing office, the property, or with maintenance so when my lease was up I decided to remain with PPM! I recently moved into another one of their buildings again with the help of Bogdan. It truly feels like he cares about getting people into the unit that will work best for them, and is extremely communicative, kind and patient through the whole process. I can’t imagine many other property management companies can offer the same amount of care or attention to detail towards their clients. I highly recommend working with Bogdan and PPM.

I contacted PPM looking to tour one of their Gold Coast properties. The apartment was great but what really sold me was the experience I had with their leasing agent, Bogdan. Bogdan was very quick to reach out and set up a tour, was extremely respectful of my budget and apartment preferences (even offering to install a different shower head since I’m a tall guy), and went out of his way to ensure that the application process went smoothly. I definitely recommend Bogdan and PPM for finding a home in Chicago.

I had a great experience with this company, in particular Bogdan Abrudan who the agent who helped me. Bogdan was on the ball, extremely patient, and bent over backwards to show me excellent units that fit my budget and preferences. I will definitely work with him again if I need an apartment in the future.

Very impressed with this company and the awesome people behind it! I met Mark through his Straight Up Chicago podcast, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for my real estate journey. I’ve currently been a tenant for a year , going into two and I must say … They have a GREAT team on their hands. GC managed my apt in Chicago for ~2 years while I was working overseas. I had a great experience and felt very supported by the whole team. It was a great decision to trust GC my unit as they were able to handle all unexpected situations while keeping me in the loop about everything.
