Grand Prairie Urgent Care & Family Medicine

This was my first experience with the Grand Prairie Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist Lakendra who was both friendly and professional. I was then led into the exam room where the medical assistant Diamond very efficiently took my vitals and very patiently answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Joseph who was very thorough and also patiently answered all of the questions I had. I appreciated the knowledge Dr. Joseph shared and especially appreciated the prayer he prayed. I left the Grand Prairie Urgent Care knowing that I truly got the best service possible! I highly recommend the Grand Prairie Urgent Care.

Extremely pleased with my visit to this Urgent Care location. I was a little nervous coming in, but Aubrey and Suresh made me feel right at home. My visit was gentle and quick. Aubrey is such a nice woman and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this location. Truly satisfied.

Absolutely loved the patient care here! Dr Joseph was so accommodating and helped me and my boyfriend out after we been given the run around from different providers. Very professional and gave us the help we needed. Will definitely be going back there whenever we need to be heard and cared for.
