Incredible experience with Dulcie, I would highly recommend. I attended Pregnancy Yoga classes from 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I was immediately impressed by how calming, inclusive and supportive the classes were. The yoga was personalised to each Mamas' physical needs per class and was rigorous enough that I felt a good stretch right up to 37 weeks pregnant. I have also attended a JoyFULL Mama Retreat which was a huge help in my postpartum recovery. Dulcie is not only a superb teacher but wonderfully compassionate and supportive. She does an amazing job at facilitating a safe and inclusive space, fostering space for relaxation, reassurance and empowerment from herself and the other Mamas in the class. I would highly recommend Dulcie and all that JoyFULL Mamas has to offer.

I met Dulcie when I was 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby and regularly attended her ultimate antenatal, pregnancy yoga class. The classes gave me an abundance of confidence in my body and what it was able to do, growing a human has to be the most empowering experience a woman can go through. I took her hypnobirthing course with my husband and it gave us so much knowledge and confidence about the stages of labour and how hypnobirthing can positively impact birth. It was mind blowing ! I then got pregnant again shortly after having my first and did a top up hypnobirthing session which gave me utter confidence in birthing my second, which happened perfectly and naturally just the way we had wished. I went to her mama and baby yoga classes as soon as I could - those early days with a new born were tough and her weekly glimmers of joy just lit me up again. I also did 2 of her Mama love mini retreats in her home studio which filled my soul with everything it needed when I truly needed a reset. Just being in Dulcies presence put me at ease at every stage of motherhood from being pregnant with a first to becoming a confident, strong mother of 2 happy and healthy children. Thank you.

About a year ago, I found Dulcie, aka Joyfull Mamas. Since then I've done pregnancy yoga classes, welcomed my second baby, joined mum & baby yoga and attended my first mama love mini retreat. I can safely say that choosing to start pregnancy yoga and share in Dulcie's magic was well worth it! It was the absolute highlight of my week, a beautiful setting, with beautiful mamas, doing something active but also amazingly relaxing. I left all of our sessions wrapped up in the magic and almost floating my way out! Sadly, our time at mum & baby yoga has come to an end but the mama love mini retreat was an amazing way to wrap it up and I'm sure that I'll be back for another one! I can't thank Dulcie enough for her support and for making the much needed space for mamas. This was my fourth home birth but my first with Danielle Hogan as my midwife. We had an excellent experience with her! Danielle was very knowledgeable and understanding. She worked with us on all of our desires for the pregnancy and birth. She was a calm presence during the whole labor process and I was so glad to have her there. I would definitely recommend her to others and I will be contacting her again for any of my future births.

What a blessing it was to have Danielle as our midwife for the births of our sons in 2021 and 2024. Danielle is one of a kind. She takes care not only physically but also spiritually. She is compassionate, wise, and knowledgeable. I felt safe under her care. She supported us throughout the pregnancy and postpartum.
