I recently experienced severe neck pain due to prolonged periods of sitting and intensive work. The pain was impacting my productivity and quality of life. Seeking relief, I decided to try acupuncture and scheduled a session with Dr. Augusto. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Augusto's friendly demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the acupuncture process. After just two sessions, my neck pain significantly subsided, allowing me to return to work with renewed comfort and focus.

I have been seeing Augusto for about 6 months. He is professional, yet personable. Augusto seems to care deeply about each patient. He spends lots of time counselling everyone to find out how to best treat them through acupuncture (which does not hurt). I feel like you get a counselling session and a great acupuncture experience with every visit! Also, it is easy to schedule appointments which is a huge plus! Highly recommended! I am a customer for life.

Been coming here for over a year now. Dr. Na has been doing this since the 90s he knows so much about human anatomy and getting you to a better place physically and mentally. I'm amazed at how much his procedures can change the way you feel.

Dr. Na is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Trained in China with decades of experience. He was able to identify the cause of my headaches, which no one had been able to identify previously. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Na is one of the best acupuncture doctor in the area. He can fix numerous bodily disorders. Only problem is not easy to get appointments right away, but worth the wait.

I LOVE this place. Have naturopath skeptics in the fam, at the consultation, Doctor Francis not only said everything needed to show me he had creds but got my skeptic completely on board. He helped with my pregnancy. Fluids and baby health stayed stable despite many age and fibromyalgic sleep complications. Also gave a tea that helped me heal faster and at least kept a little breast milk going so I only had to do partial formula. He answered so many questions I had. Him and the staff are incredibly nice. Only issue you might run into is calls often go to messages and they struggle to get back to you but seriously, popping in is easy and he answers questions readily during visits.

Dr. Francis has changed my life with the work we do with Chinese herbs. Activities that were previously inaccessible to me are now easy and my life has opened up dramatically. I feel healthier and healthier every day. He is amazing at attuning to what your body needs. 10/10 stars! I am beyond grateful I found Heal Natural. The front desk staff is also very sweet and lovely! I would also 100% be going for Accupuncture as well if I didn’t live so far away. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
