Gateway was absolutely nothing like I had expected it to be, my first and hopefully only time going back. The peers were very nice and genuine and the staff and counselors were amazing. I couldn't of asked for a better facility this was truly a dream come true. I was given coping skills to manage myself along with attending IOP four days a week for post treatment. The food is tremendous, everything is home made. There's really nothing I have bad to say about this facility because it was truly an amazing experience for me. I'd recommend any and everyone who is suffering from addiction to come to Gateway Aurora for your mental health needs. Thank you Gateway staff.

My stay at Gateway in North Aurora was wonderful. My treatment experience was spot on and I give it 100%. I appreciate all the help from the counselors. The counselors were wonderful the cafeteria food was great I can’t complain. This place truly saved my life I would recommend it to anyone Who is in need of treatment from substance abuse I give this place five stars.

Great place to go if you need help. The staff are always beyond wonderful and makes you feel better about yourself everyday. It’s one of the hardest things to omit you need help, but If you want it they make the process the easiest and best way to get thru it. Don’t let me forget the food is amazing and the kitchen staff are wonderful and always have the best smiles on their face.

This is a great company! I unfortunately had some legal issues to resolve and take care of. I found this company online by google search. I called a few places on a Saturday, thinking I would get a response on Monday but I received a call back from Sarah that same day. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable.. so I went with them! I have only dealt with Sarah and Megan and they have been phenomenal! Great prices, great staff and has been helping me complete what I need done. If you are reading the reviews and go look at the other ones, “circle back” to this company. You will not regret it! It does take time for you to complete some stuff, so remember that. 10/10 use this company .

I am an attorney who concentrates in helping clients obtain driving relief through the Secretary of State. I have used Care Clinics for over 20 years for my clients seeking driving privileges through the Secretary of State. The team there is very friendly and helpful. Scott the Director and his team are very efficient and easy to work with. His documentation needed for the Secretary of State hearings are always complete and accurate and viewed as highly credible by the Secretary of State. This is what you need for a Secretary of State Hearing. Clients always tell me how much they have learned at their treatment sessions and how much better their life has become.

Wonderful folks who are sincere and caring. Many thanks to Scott who helped me during a difficult time. Shout out to Sara who runs the office. She is terrific and very responsive.

Let me start by saying “Thank You”. When I first started Group at Tools For Life I was a bit skeptical. I had already stopped drinking for 6-months. I wasn’t sure if I needed any more help but wanted to get through the court ordered nightmare. I had no idea what to expect from the program and was told by friends that these places were all the same and basically money grubbing rip-offs. I don’t know why out of the huge list I selected Tools For Life. You weren’t the closest or most convenient from my home or business and the price was not a factor. The first difference I experience was that I felt your staff really cared. You helped me feel at ease and share my thoughts and feelings. You helped me realize that if I didn’t make some serious changes I would be headed back to my old routine of being sober for a while and then relapse. I now realize thanks to your teaching and insight that I must work on my issues.

I just wanted you to know that the Secretary OF State granted our client’s request for a restricted driving permit. Enclosed is a copy of the order. This would not have happened without your help. Thank you for all your hard work and expertise.

I want to thank you for all your support and guidance. You turned a horrifying experience into an informative (and sometimes fun) one, and I appreciate it.
