I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff at Serenity. My journey to sobriety began a year ago when I first walked through their doors. Although I didn't achieve sobriety immediately, the unwavering support and guidance from my case worker, Tirzah, and counselor, Ashley, helped set me on the right path. Today, I'm thrilled to celebrate 89 days of being clean and sober. I attribute this milestone to the tireless efforts of the Serenity staff, including Roberto, Regina, Basia, and many others. Their selfless dedication, kindness, and compassion helped me navigate my darkest moments. To the entire Serenity team, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me when I couldn't believe in myself. Your service has been a beacon of hope, and I'm forever grateful.

My name is Julio B, and I was at Serenity at Summit about six months ago. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported. They really care about helping you get through the tough times and are there for you every step of the way. The place itself is peaceful and calming, which made it easier to focus on my recovery. The treatment plan was made just for me, with therapy and group sessions that helped me heal in my own way. I felt like I was really being heard, and the support didn't stop once I left. Today , I am still sober and equipped with tools to live life on life’s terms. Of course not everyday is perfect but I can honestly say that things are much better. They’ve helped me get back on track. Tirzah and a team of Alumni and aftercare Coordinators check in on me periodically to make sure I stay on track. Serenity at Summit allowed me to realize that there IS a BETTER way to live and for that I will always be grateful.

My experience at Summit was great. I am so grateful for the staff here. This was the first treatment center I have been to that actually took the time to care for each client. Many people going to treatment for the first time are scared, and everyone here actually took the time to properly walk each and every one through their journey to sobriety. I feel like they gave me the skills and tools needed to become and stay sober. i feel like summit truly took the time and energy to take the fear out of addiction. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is looking to get and remain sober.

I wanna thank you all for inviting me in and all the staff at Plaza. I greatly appreciate all the help you have given me over the past 2 and a half years. I really enjoyed my time here. Plaza is my 2nd family. They helped me get better and am now able to be discharged and go home. I personally thank the administrator Mr Ruben and will definitely come back to visit.

Plaza is very nice. Housekeeping staff they have very good teamwork. Housekeeping director is really good, whatever you ask for you get and really works with you. All the group I like to work with. We work here as a family. Administrator since he came it really improved and the facility had a lot of change and looks different. Keep up the good work!

They take good care of the patients, very nice with visitors. I M happy they are taking care of my sister.
