Irene and her team helped us through one of the toughest times in our lives. It wasn't easy, but thanks to her, we're now on the other side. Irene gave us the hard truths we needed to hear and, more importantly, act upon. Unlike most counselors, she didn’t aim to keep us in therapy forever. Her goal was to help us, as a family, make the changes needed to improve our lives so we could move forward independently. I'm writing this years after seeing her because of the impact she made for our family. We're incredibly grateful for her guidance and support!

This is by far the best counseling program our adolescent child has participated in. The group and family sessions are all fantastic. The Access team is wonderful and caring. We have been in search of a place for our daughter to find help and we have found that at Access. This is the only program we know of that has their own 24/7 crisis help line that is answered by their own staff. From our family's perspective there is no better counseling group in the Frisco/Plano area for adolescents in crisis or suffering from depression.

All i have to say is that Irene and her co workers are amazing!! the patience and the help they provided was amazing!! I truly cannot complain about how they treated me! because of their help and support, I’m getting what I need to do to take care of myself! Wonderful service, thank you guys.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire! I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat. I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for. I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do. The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life. I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety. I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

My mother was a resident almost a month here Denise and Josh were a fabulous duo if you lose one I really feel sorry for this facility Denise keeps her hall decorated for every season and the rooms are so tidy I love Denise energy as well she's always happy to help Josh is also amazing the weekends should run like Monday -friday it's a different thank you Josh and Denise for everything you both deserve a raise in my opinion.

During my in patient treatment, I had no plans for I.O.P. My aftercare counselor recommended Aspire, and I am forever grateful! It gave me a place to continue my recovery in the real world among others in similar circumstances, while continuing to learn about my myself! The entire staff has been nothing short of feeling like family. Highly recommend!!!
