CARROLLTON SPRINGS CHANGES REVIEWS
My daughter was struggling badly with issues related to Body Dysmorphia and we were desperately seeking to find a place where she could get the help needed to cope. Changes was a fantastic experience for my daughter and our family, and my daughter has improved immensely. Her primary therapist during this 6 week period was Haley who was just superb (as well as Haley’s interns, Davis and Ashton). Thank you Haley and team for all your support, dedication and for the tremendous gift you have given to my daughter and our family.
My son spent 6.5 weeks at Changes in Frisco, TX. It was a life changing experience for him and our entire family. There are very nice people and great specialists working there, making kids feel like home and family, helping them to open up about their struggles and problems, and teaching them invaluable coping skills. We're very grateful for everything you do for children. Please consider this program if your kid is struggling mentally and emotionally.
I have been here 2 times and both times I've had an amazing experience. Staff is so nice and always made me feel safe. Loved the therapists and I knew that if I needed to talk I always had someone there for me. I never felt like I was a patient here. I haven't had a single complaint, honestly I seriously recommend this place to anyone struggling with depression or anxiety.

ACCESS COUNSELING GROUP REVIEWS
This is by far the best counseling program our adolescent child has participated in. The group and family sessions are all fantastic. The Access team is wonderful and caring. We have been in search of a place for our daughter to find help and we have found that at Access. This is the only program we know of that has their own 24/7 crisis help line that is answered by their own staff. From our family's perspective there is no better counseling group in the Frisco/Plano area for adolescents in crisis or suffering from depression.
Sending your child to get help is scary. The unknown is the worst. However, this place is all about your child and what is best for him/her. Individual attention is amazing and I'm grateful for every minute for one on one and group. The parent knowledge group is extremely helpful as well. Seeing the highly educated staff really caring about your loved one's progress is just priceless.
Counselors are rad and the staff get to know you and they care. Groups are small and you get to share a lot if you want. Staff and group members give you support and hold you accountable. Irene is too little to handle some of the clients and needs assistance. She sometimes has to call in the national guard.

ASPIRE RECOVERY CENTER OF FRISCO REVIEWS
Aspire’s IOP is the most beneficial recovery program that I have tried. The combination of group and individual therapy gave me the avenues I needed to work through ideas. I never felt brow-beaten, as I have in other programs. At Aspire I saw an openness to many styles of recovery and a willingness to actually treat each of us as a person with unique issues. Everyone in the group wanted to be there, which helps immensely. I now have 17 months of sobriety and I love to wake up in the morning. I’m thankful to John, Chuck, and Nancy for each having a hand in supporting me in discovering my own best interests. Huge thank you to Nancy, who was my individual therapist, for encouraging me to fly in a way that was genuine, which I hadn’t experienced before.
I recently posted a concern, regarding this recovery center. As a parent, you want the best for your children. The owner of Aspire reached out to me to follow-up and to listen to my concerns. As a parent, this means a lot for a recovery center to resolve any concerns and to make things right with its clients. This testifies that this center has integrity and has a desire to listen to clients and loved ones concerns. Thank you!
I just graduated from Aspire and cannot say enough wonderful things about the counselors, facility and program. I saw Nance one-on-one and grew exponentially. Chuck and Briana are also incredible. Such a loving, challenging program that I encourage all those struggling with addiction to explore. Thank you, Aspire!
