I entered Mt. Regis Dec 18, 2018 and have been completely sober for about 4 years and 4 months now! I was treated respectfully and with care by the staff there. The classes, groups, and one on one counseling provided me with the tools necessary to understand my addictions and finally live a drug and alcohol free lifestyle. I would recommend this program to anyone who has a sincere desire to get clean and sober, and wants to stay that way.

This treatment center supplies a safe place, equipped with the necessary tools to give an addict a chance to recover. Personal motivation and a positive attitude were essential to my recovery, both of which were inspired by those instructing me and by the amazing recovery community I willingly positioned myself in. I benefited greatly from the personal connections I was blessed to form. Staff members, from counselors to cafeteria workers to nurses to recovery coaches, all became a vital piece in my successful recovery. I could honestly name 10 staff here who I still think of months later that inspired me. I would regret if I did not name Sandy, whose light still helps guide me when I think of insights I gained from her. Recovery is a choice, and I chose to give my life another chance at Mount Regis. I am proof you can lose the desire to use, just for today.

I could never say enough great things about Mount Regis Center! From admissions to nursing to the phenomenal clinical team, this is the place to go if you want to get better and learn how to stay clean! They saved my life and I will be forever grateful.

Therapeutic and helps you identify your core problems and teaches you how to heal from trauma and abuse. There staff cares and have helped me become stable and how to love the new me and acknowledge my new identity.

Wonderful place to detox and get healthy. Residential saved my life and the staff are like family . If your serious about recovery this is the biggest first step you can make and the staff will help and guide to your healthy new found life!

I transferred to this clinic last year from Arizona, my clinic there was amazing so when I had to move back home you can imagine the fear I had after coming from such an awesome place. Well, from my intake until now I am extremely happy, I love my counselor, the doctor, the nurses an front desk. Not only did they honor my take homes(which was weekly since I was on a benzo an that was the highest I could go, but now Im already at monthly) they also didn’t have an issue that I’m on a higher dose due to metabolizing it fast. Also, they have been awesome in the fact that I have to travel over 3 hrs one way an over a pass so in the winter it could be a real problem. I could not be more thankful for all of them especially my counselor Arianna!!! Thank you!!

This place has its ups and downs as with any place. But it literally saved mine and my husband's life. If you meet with your counselor and do the groups like you are supposed to, it does work. Put into it what you want out of it. I'm very thankful for WVTC and my counselor there!
