2nd Chance Treatment Center

I have never found a treatment position or a treatment center which was more attuned to its patients and was staffed by more caring skilled and professional people. Second Chance Treatment Center has saved my life! Carolyn Téllez is a rockstar! She has kept me sane and comfortable during my withdrawals and during the initial phases of my treatment and sobriety. I don't think I ever could have been so successful in my treatment of opioid addiction without having Carolyn Téllez in my corner and in charge of my care. But 21 gun salute to second Chance treatment center!

Jennifer Peterson is absolutely amazing !! I have had a good few different doctors, but Jennifer has went above and beyond, and has helped me stabilize my life like no other. She really cares, and takes the time to listen. I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have her. All the staff here are awesome super respectful and really care, I haven’t been in office for a while since I moved but this north Phoenix 2nd chance is amazing. I’m Truly grateful for this facility
