I came here for guest dosing while in town from South Carolina. I had my information sent over a couple days prior, so there was no confusion or anything when I got there. The process was so easy and effortless to come in and get set up. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the clinic is really nice, modern, and very clean. Zenia at the front desk and the nurse is who I saw both days was so nice to me and made me feel welcome. I will come back here when I’m in town again. I wish we had a location like this down where I live.

You're not just a "number" or even just a patient.. The whole team made me feel like apart of the family the very first day! God Bless all the CMS staff! I am so grateful for the help and support you continue to give me on my journey back to a healthy lifestyle. Love you all!!

Fantastic staff! They treat you like family. Kelly, Barb, Willie, and Z Mama are particularly awesome people! Very fast service as well.
