Amazing, just amazing. I wasn't impressed with my vet, especially after they quoted me $600-$700 and a two month wait to get my cat spayed. They were so much cheaper and more professional. I called around and props to Cassidy for being incredibly helpful and patient with me. They even coincidentally gave me a follow up phone call while I was typing this review to see how my cat was doing. The whole staff is just lovely. I could move an hour away and I'll still take my pets here.

We have been working with the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights since March 2021. This past June, our dog needed to have her teeth cleaned and some teeth pulled. The clinic was very clear on what to expect and gave us a range of how much it could cost. They sent us home with two prescriptions after removing 10 teeth and cleaning the rest. Now Lacey is in a better mood! I appreciate the care everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the vet. They even called us the next day to see how Lacey was doing. I highly recommend this clinic to all animal lovers.

The staff here truly goes above and beyond - they're punctual, attentive, and genuinely curious about your pet's needs. When I scheduled my dog's neuter appointment, the technician spent a full 30 minutes addressing all my concerns, which was so reassuring. Throughout the procedure, they kept me well-informed about my dog's status. Their communication is excellent, and their timing is always spot-on. I've found my forever vet clinic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner looking for exceptional care at affordable rates.

SERENITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

The Staff at Serenity are always kind, compassionate and patient. Our Senior dog Powen is nearly blind/deaf and a diabetic, 16-years-old and they handle him with care. Even our big girl Zelda who is seven-years-old has sensitive skin, doesn’t like baths nor nail trims, but they seem to understand her and have no problem with her. Being that our dogs are rescues, their kind and compassionate behavior is much needed. Although prices are a bit high, the way they treat your pet matters more! Dr. Sherman is the Best.

We love Dr. Michelle Meyer! Initially was looking for a new vet, and struggled to find any accepting new patients. I had drove past Serenity, thinking it was some nice restaurant. Googled it and turns out it’s a vet office that looks like a spa! Beautiful outdoor landscaping with vines and a koi pond. Indoor turtle pond in the front lobby, lots of lizards/geckos/chameleons in terrariums, & even a cat adoption center. Clean, friendly and accommodating.

We love serenity! I adopted my girl from here and use them as our regular vet. They are so good to my girl and are always kind and accommodating. I have only but good things to say about them and recommend them to everyone.

Very friendly, assuring, accommodating & experienced staff. Clean & large examination rooms. So definitely a GOOD VET office for sure, but they are, in my opinion, they are more expensive than other places. I know other people who, independent of me, use them for their pets whom they love so dearly, which tells me it's worth the cost.

they are so gentle and kind! i had an amazing experience here and they were able to take me in the same day i wanted to make an appointment. very sweet people! my cat was in great hands with them and they made sure to make her feel safe when she was afraid.

We had a very positive first visit. It was a same day appointment and they had no problem getting Jack in. All of the staff were incredibly kind and genuinely caring. This will be our new place!! Thank you.
