My technician has been Jeremy for the past couple of years. He is personable, very professional, and responds quickly to any issues that crop up. He has gone above and beyond by providing me some helpful tips on how I can easily partner with his efforts in keeping the critters at bay. I am very satisfied with Jeremy and Trutech!

We were experiencing an issue at our office and we were so fortunate to have had Jeremy assist us. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly put us at ease. He has excellent communication skills and had such charisma! Customer service nowadays seems like a thing of the past, but Jeremy reminded us that there is still hope! We will recommend Jeremy and this company time and time again. We were absolutely blown away. We are so thankful for Jeremy and how quickly he resolved our issues.

They were quick to schedule, arrive and address the problem, and 24 hrs later had the needed repairs made to prevent future pests getting into our attic. Lee was great on the initial visit and Jeremy was awesome with making the repairs and being very informative with every step he made. Definitely recommend.
