First time used this company and the experience was wonderful, Technician called and gave me estimated time, stretched carpet to bedroom and cleaned it in less than 15 min, very professional work. Will definitely contact in the future and refer to family.

Cleaner that came today was extremely nice and hard working. Went over everything very well before and as he was working. Respectful and sociable as well. Overall great worker. Would have him back anytime! My carpets are gorgeous now.

This company is hands-down one of the most respectable and honest companies I've ever interacted with and I would recommend them to everyone. I made an appointment for a technician to come out and clean my upholstered sectional due to pet issues - this appointment was made the same week I made my request which was a huge bonus right away. Ron was the technician that came out and I was incredibly happy with his customer service. After starting, he pulled me aside to let me know that he did not think the cleaning would do what I was needing it to do and that he wasn't sure it was in my best interest to proceed with the cleaning. I was blown away by his honesty and transparency. There are so many companies that would not have said anything, continued with the cleaning, and charged the full amount for a service they did not have confidence in. That honesty alone has gained them a customer for life.

I manage the Phenix Salon Suites in Winter Park and we are very busy and Dan, Dan works with our schedule and does an excellent job each and every time. Occasionally, there will be stains from hair dye on the carpet and they are always able to get them out. I really appreciate the excellent job they do.

Our rental property carpet was looking terrible. Veritas changed that in a matter of hours. They were careful to pre-treat every spot. I can't believe how well the carpet came up after they worked their magic. It was a high-quality deep clean. They also offered us some shoe covers which I thought was extra helpful so we didn't get the carpet dirty after cleaning up outside. They were nice guys who worked hard to clean our carpets. Thanks.
