I was a resident at Broadway Village for over five years, before relocating to the Kansas City/Lee's Summit area due to a transfer at work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Broadway Village. Great neighbors. Great amenities. Great staff -- Nina, the Property Manager and Jeremy, the Maintenance Director were always 100% so nice and did everything they could to take care of residents. There is not one thing I didn't like about living at Broadway Village Apartments. Without reservation, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, well-maintained and well-managed place to call home!.

Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance was always quick and the online portal website and app were easy to use. Good communication through text and email. Neighbors are friendly/shy. Workout room was up to date and never overcrowded, pools were kept clean, and the tennis/basketball courts were not too weathered. The trails that surround the complex are enjoyable to walk; allows you to take in some nature.

I recently moved into this apartment building and am very impressed. It’s clean, well-kept, and has a comfortable feel. Nina is easy to contact and has been very helpful throughout the process of leasing and moving in. The grounds are beautiful and so are the pools! Looking forward to my stay here.

I’ve been living here for about a year and some change. The previous management wasn’t too great but Amanda! And the whole staff has been more than accommodating for my family and I. The community here is close knit and management is top tier any issues I ever have I can always walk by the office and the problem is fixed in a timely manner. I appreciate Amanda and the staff always has an open line of communication. They care for tenants and the kids that live in the community. If your looking for a place to stay please consider the falls go chat with Amanda she’s amazing tell her Bri said hi also this neighborhood is pet friendly and the schools are great in the area. Go check it out for yourself the units are nice and spacious. They offer discounts as well for some employers that’s a bonus.

I love the location of my townhome. It’s also really large and I have a huge walk-in closet. Rent is on the high side of average and I wish there were more things like a dog park or something. But the new manager and maintenance has been a a really nice change compared to what we had before. They are so nice and get things done quickly.

We needed a place because our son is attending Mizzou as well as playing baseball. Marissa Jackson has been a blessing. Her attention to detail, customer service and knowledge of the property made the whole transition seamless. Highly recommend.
