EVANS PLACE I REVIEWS

I have lived here at Evans Place II about 18 months, and I really feel at home here. A roomy 2 Bedroom with plenty of closet space and the biggest bathroom I've ever had. I feel like I have all the space I need, and its at a reasonable rental price. Parking is sparse off street but each apartment has a garage with opener. There is a fair amount of street parking as well for guests. The apartments are quiet, and so are the majority of the tenants. Snow is removed promptly in the winter and the grounds grew keep the lawn looking nice during the summer. Maintenance has been called to my apartment 3 times, and each time they have arrived ahead of the time they thought they'd be here. and each time they quickly resolved the issue and were out the door with no mess or any issues. Pictures are from move-in day.

I had a very good experience with the staff (Shawna & Crystal) at Evans Place 1. They were super helpful, nice, & answered every question I had for them. After my showing they were very quick to respond through text with any additional questions I had & were willing to take the time to help me get through the application process & more. 5 out of 5 stars.

Maintenance is always there to get whatever needs to be done in a timely matter. The property management team is so nice & very respectful! Love living here.

LAKE CREST REVIEWS

We have lived at Lake Crest for 13 months and have loved it! The office staff is super helpful, the maintenance staff do great work. Our base heater went out in the beginning of winter and they were at our apartment right away to fix it. The snow removal is great and they give us a couple days notice to make sure cars are out of the way. The noise level in the neighborhood in general is quiet. We needed a place where there wasn't so much noice and this is perfect. We have a nice big deck which is perfect for the summer months! All and all we are happy with the staff and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place!.

Adam was very helpful and helped my move go very smoothly. He went above and beyond to help me with paperwork and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this management team. Thanks!.

I had Adam! He was great and very informative and made me feel right at home! he made it painless on me I was very nervous but he walked me right through it!!! 10/10.

THE RETREAT AT URBAN PLAINS REVIEWS

Quiet and conveniently located in the urban plains area of South Fargo the retreat is a pet friendly housing area ready made for an active community. Area walking and biking paths close by allow for access to the greater surrounding developments creating a diverse and inclusive environment. The apartments are modern and have and industrial feel which is apparently the architectural style in vouge at the present time in history. First floor indoor parking allows for shelter from the elements and easy access to the apartments.

I really enjoy living at The Retreat. The staff is excellent and they are always willing to help. Any maintenance issues are responded to in a timely matter. I feel having my own washer/dryer, central air, pet spa, elevators, indoor parking, package room etc puts these apartments a step above the rest.

Enclave Property is truly the best in the game. No complaints, peaceful environment. I love my apartment at the retreat. Everything checks out.
