I lived here for 7 years , I have to move , but I would like to say that is a nice living community. Good security and well taken care of. The leasing staff is friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance Staff is also great thanks to everyone , his service was prompt and high quality. Thank you very much! I also want to take a moment to recognize Emiliano from the leasing office. He always welcomes everyone with kindness . His positive attitude makes you feel valued as a resident. Whenever I’ve had a concern, he works efficiently to find a solution and takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s clear that he cares about the people in this community, and it really makes a difference.

I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews at first but this community has so far exceeded my expectations. The management team has surely done their part in ensuring the residents were heard and made MAJOR adjustments. So far I have no complaints! Above all, I should say the staff here is what really makes this place feel like home. Corlis has been with me every step of the way, ensuring that my transition went as smoothly as possible, even after getting my keys. She continuously follows up. She is very well knowledgeable about her job and goes above and beyond.But it just doesn't stop there, Jenny and Jennifer in the office as well has been such a help. They’re always so readily able to assist me with any thing and everything with such beautiful smiles and welcoming demeanor. The maintenance team as well is outstanding! Very timely and efficient. Everyone is just so pleasing here. The amenities are great as well, has everything you could possibly need and more. Quiet neighborhood and the people that live here as well are very nice. This was my first ever apartment and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Horizon for giving me a place that I’m so happy to call home.

Grand Riviera is one of those places where you will get the premium vibe instantly when you walk into their property and leasing office. The leasing office staffs, especially Amber, is so nice that you will feel special whenever she is helping you. The maintenance is super fast and will attend to your concerns almost immediately. I have received even calls from the leasing office to ask me everything about my concerns so that they can provide precise solutions for my concerns. The staffs even visit your apartment to address your concern, which I have never seen in any of my pas apartments. Furthermore, it is one of the best value apartments you can get in a place like Miramar.
