Jose was quick and efficient. He fixed the light fixtures and reinstalled the toilet paper roll holder properly. Everything is working perfectly now. We appreciate the timely service! Marcus helped my boyfriend and I out while we were looking for a place and was absolutely amazing. Made the whole process so simple, had so much patience, and really took the time to listen to all of our needs. The property itself is amazing, spacious, and welcoming with great looking amenities. I'm excited to see where our new journey takes us.

We absolutely love the Renaissance! My family and I have lived here for over a year now and have no complaints. Renisance also has a great maintenance team. Shout out to Chris Marlin, our light was out in our bathroom and he was able to fix it within minutes and was very professional and kind! .

Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable and her supoport show me and explain all the documents for my lease. She is very capable to detail and answers all questions asked. Thank You Ms. Elisabeth keep up the great work!.

I wanna let you go, you guys know. The maintenance people are awesome here. Arlene and la Sandro and Maria and Anthony anthony is the best arlene is the best. The place is clean.We have a dog park, and it never smells they are always very friendly and they clean and maintain our apartments. I am referring people here because the maintenance people are buried down-to-earth and very sweet and they do their job. And the place is beautiful.

My wife and I moved into Windsor in 2019 and out in 2025. We enjoyed our stay and cherish the memories we made in our apartment. We frequently used the gym, locker delivery boxes and pools. The maintenance staff are the best, especially Arlene, Maria and La Sidro. We will miss the community as we close this chapter in our lives.

I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s been a great experience. Arlene and her crew are always courteous and friendly. Issues are taken care of in a timely manner and they always explain what they are going to do. Very helpful and informative.
