These apartments are very clean. The landscaping is kept up weekly. We haven’t had any bug issues. The lady’s in the office are extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate. They’re not nosy, they don’t get in your business unless it affects the apartments. The maintenance men are quick to repair, they’ll clean up after themselves, they’ve never left a mess behind. If you’ve ever lived in apartments you know that’s a big plus. The security guard is always doing his rounds at night. Definitely feel safe at night. I’ve lived here for for 18 months and I can say, these apartments are definitely worth the rent.

My experience here was fantastic. My fiance and I needed a short term rental and they were able to accommodate that. We signed a 3 month lease that automatically went month to month after it ended. We arrived fairly desperate for an apartment as quickly as possible and were able to move in the same day that we applied. Everything we were told upfront was accurate and there was no BS. We had a few issues and maintenance was very prompt and everything was fixed within a few days. Everyone in the office was always very helpful. Rent was very reasonable. Each unit gets one assigned and covered parking space and there is plenty of free for all parking if you have more than one car. In terms of getting our deposit back, we were told we would be charged a cleaning/carpet cleaning fee before we signed the lease, and that's all that ended up being charged. Jackie was very fair and honest. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Summerfield.

I was new to town and moved to a very bad area. A few months later, I came in to Summerfield and spoke with Alicia. She was wonderful. Alicia and Norma were able to get me an apartment practically right away and I was able to leave the other place. I have been here for a few months already and any time I need anything, I can just reach out to them and they help me right away. It is very quiet and people are very respectful. They have short-term and long-term leases so that is a good option. The laundry room is with a card only so you avoid having to go to the bank to get coins every month. I highly recommend living here because of the neighbors and the staff in the office.
