I visit my friend who lives in the apartment complex very often, and I am well aware of Mr. Paul and how amazing he is. He’s extremely friendly to not only the tenants but also the visitors. He’s always smiling and greeting everyone when I see him, and my friend is always telling me how diligent he is at his job. He responds to their maintenance issues in a timely manner and gets them fixed swiftly. Just overall seems like a great employee with a great attitude. Makes visiting the complex very enjoyable! I hope he sees this and has a great day.

Best maintenance crew you’ll ever have the pleasure of experiencing! They respond within hours if not minutes of your requests and always get the job done asap. Mr. Paul recently helped us with a maintenance issue, and it was resolved within the hour! We couldn’t ask for anything better from Mr. Paul and the maintenance crew.

The maintenance man Paul is very helpful! He gets the job done as soon as he can and is very hard working. Also always checking in making sure appliances are still working as well. You can tell he truly cares about the residents.
