3 Best Apartments For Rent in Lafayette, LA

Me and my wife just moved in here about a month ago And we are so excited about our new place. It’s very clean here and very quiet as well. My neighbors are super quiet and I never have any disturbances. I love the Amazon locker and how easy it is to get my package from there. I love the washer and dryers that we have inside our apartment and I have never had a problem with yet.. My clothes come smelling out so good. The water is great here as in my previous apartment, it was really brown..so we are excited about that that lol. There is a lot of space in the one bedroom one bath apartments As well as tons of counter, space and cabinets. Miss Howie and Miss Helen were great And always willing to answer our questions. I think the only downside would be when I have a guest come over they can never get into the gate even when pressing my apartment number into the keypad and pressing call. I think it’s the gates fault..Not sure ..but I would definitely recommend anyone to rent here especially with the location being close to Walmart, etc.

I recently toured Acadian Point Apartments, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Brittany and the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to answer all of my questions. The leasing consultant took the time to walk me through the different floor plans and amenities, and I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail. You can tell the management takes pride in the community. Based on my visit, I’m seriously considering making Acadian Point Apartments my next home!

This leasing office has been MORE THAN helpful in the application process. They literally defined southern hospitality within such a welcoming environment. Apartments are beautiful, gated, and just overall great atmosphere!

Eagle Run management is so amazing! Jenny is very professional and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure that my apartment was ready for.me.on time. No matter when I had a question, whenever I text Jenny, sha always responded promptly. So far the apartment has met my expectations. Jenny is an awesome manager. She is very understanding. She really cares about her tenants. She also keeps you updated on whatever you need to know.

I met with Jenny on a Wednesday afternoon & she told me she had a unit that was move in ready, & by Friday afternoon I received my keys. She’s so sweet and she cares about her tenants. The maintenance is great and they respond quickly. My move in was quick and it’s nice quiet complex.

Management is wonderful. Victoria is professional and courteous and really goes out of her way to provide for residents. She always handles needs promptly and even text when packages arrive. I absolutely love the diverse and friendly residents. It is close to the university and park. It is a great place to live.
