Today, March 11, 2025 makes 4 months of living here. Living at Diamond Lakes has been great and a warm welcoming at home. The move in process was very quick and easy to get into for it being my first apartment. The managers take pride in this complex very serious which is why the property is very clean and kept up very well. I see the man almost every morning outside picking up trash that was blown onto our property throughout the night. And the maintenance requests, they don’t ever disappoint! Although, as does every community, Diamond Lakes does have its cons. I do wish they’d update the gym to be quite more inviting. The units are very reasonable but, in my opinion, i do think they should they should do away with the popcorn ceilings. I have seen the updated units and they do look more appealing! Any visitor that i’ve had, has complimented this community and how well kept it is. And for that reason is why i’ll definitely be renewing my lease at the end of the year. Living at Diamond Lakes has been a great experience and I can fathom it enough.

Paul is truly the best! Every time I’ve had a maintenance issue especially with my AC he’s been incredibly quick, professional, and thorough. I’ve lived here for 4 years and hes always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly, and I’ve never had to wait long for help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and respectful in this line of work, and I truly appreciate how reliable and kind he is. Thank you, Paul, for always taking such great care of everything!!.

Time and time again, Paul from maintenance has been helping keep my apartment maintained and safe to live in. Today he replaced an electrical outlet, and it was a fast and very easy process that he went through. He has been very helpful and is always very kind when we file a request to have something fixed, and I really appreciate that.

Me and my wife just moved in here about a month ago And we are so excited about our new place. It’s very clean here and very quiet as well. My neighbors are super quiet and I never have any disturbances. I love the Amazon locker and how easy it is to get my package from there. I love the washer and dryers that we have inside our apartment and I have never had a problem with yet.. My clothes come smelling out so good. The water is great here as in my previous apartment, it was really brown..so we are excited about that that lol. There is a lot of space in the one bedroom one bath apartments As well as tons of counter, space and cabinets. Miss Howie and Miss Helen were great And always willing to answer our questions. I think the only downside would be when I have a guest come over they can never get into the gate even when pressing my apartment number into the keypad and pressing call. I think it’s the gates fault..Not sure ..but I would definitely recommend anyone to rent here especially with the location being close to Walmart, etc.

I recently toured Acadian Point Apartments, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Brittany and the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to answer all of my questions. The leasing consultant took the time to walk me through the different floor plans and amenities, and I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail. You can tell the management takes pride in the community. Based on my visit, I’m seriously considering making Acadian Point Apartments my next home!.

This leasing office has been MORE THAN helpful in the application process. They literally defined southern hospitality within such a welcoming environment. Apartments are beautiful, gated, and just overall great atmosphere!.

CHATEAU MIRAGE APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

Chateau Mirage was the best. Large apartments with a garage and plenty of storage place. Chasity was the sweetest person to deal with and handle any and every situation quickly and professionally. We are now living out of state in what is called luxury apartments and they sure could learn a thing or two from Chateau Mirage. If we ever move back to Louisiana we are not buying a home we would rather live at Chateau Mirage. Great people, neighbors and GREAT place.

I've lived here over a year now and have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are huge for what you pay for, and one of the few places that offer granite countertops. The car garages are really nice and everyone gets one, it's not an additional cost.

Great Atmosphere. Great people. Would highly recommend. Alana is the best to deal with. She makes things happen and strives for perfection.
