The Flats at Carrs Hill

Can’t say enough good things about the Flats! My son lives on the top floor- it is quiet, clean, safe and nothing bothers his allergies. The management team has been very positive and responsive! My son signed up and will be living there w his same roommate for another year. Worth every penny. Easy walk to campus!

I love the flats! The set up of the room is great. The walk in closet is so spacious. The amenities are great, and I love tanning at the pool. Great location too, takes me 10 minutes to get to north campus walking. Reasonable price, cheaper than the mark and the standard.

I’ve enjoyed living here! The staff is helpful, they spray for bugs (I never have any), and the place is always clean. I also feel super safe here and it’s a great location!
