Excellent service. Follow thru and keeping commitments- phenomenal. Joy has assisted with a non- standard request made via a deceased person’s will. So pleased and so grateful to have engaged Frances Florist for this service.

Ordered a delivery from out-of-state, and the process was incredibly smooth. I actually made a mistake when ordering, and the shop quickly corrected it. Flowers were beautiful, and the recipient loved them!

Very happy I placed an order online from out of state for my daughter's birthday. Quality was great and she loved them. Delivery was on time and I would highly recommend them. I also felt prices are inline for quality.

WOW!!! Amazing and Beautiful Birthday Arrangement delivered by Bob to my mom! Quick, and easy order online with no questions and a gorgeous bouquet was made of Bright, bold flowers! Highly recommend Petals on Prince! As soon as the flowers were delivered, Bob called to say he had successfully delivered the beautiful flowers! What Great customer service!!! Definitely will be using them again!! Thank you so so much!!

Ordering from this business was an amazing experience. They were able to accommodate a same day delivery. They communicated quickly that a flower needed to be substituted and made sure I was okay with it. The person who made the delivery called me to let me know they had been delivered and who had received them since the recipient wasn't home at the time. Just wow - great, customer focused experience!!!

Received flowers from my family from Petals on Prince, and I wasn't home during the delivery and they made sure to contact me to let me know the flowers were put in the shade and they needed to be brought in to ensure freshness. I was so impressed by how much they wanted to make sure my flowers stayed fresh! AND the bouquet was beautiful!
