The Standard at 2690 Apartments

I currently live in a renovated 1 bedroom apartment here! And I do love it. It is nicely updated. I have a washer and dryer which is super hard to find For this good of price!!! I signed again because of it! Also maintenance is really awesome at getting to things on time. I’ve never had issues. I love Kevin I’m the office! If I go in with a question or issue he fixes it right away! He is truly the nicest guy and this is a good place to live!

We moved from Missouri at the end of May and we had worked with Kelsey she was absolutely amazing! The office staff Sam, Angela, Kelsey, Kaylee is always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is awesome and the neighbors so welcoming. I am so grateful that we found this complex.

Kelsey, in the leasing office, is awesome. She is very responsive to questions. The community as a whole is great and with the location being off of a very busy road it is relatively quiet. The townhome layout for the 2 bedroom is very nice and makes the square footage seem a lot more than it is.
