Our home was flooded with Hurricane Helene and it was very difficult to find somewhere to rent with 2 large dogs. Amber in front office could not have been more helpful and compassionate helping us find somewhere to live. The staff in the office, Amber, Sarah, Kayla and Heather are there to make sure you get the help you need with any issues and it is always done with a smile. Hurricane Milton hit right before we were to move in, Anthem had a large company of workers working diligently to repair damage from Milton and we were in apartment within a few days. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very clean and updated. Cabinets look new as do floors and paint on walls. Closet in master bedroom was a nice surprise, plenty of room and master bedroom has plenty of room for king bed. We had some repeated problems with the A/C and the maintenance staff always came and checked on it the same day. Several areas are available with dog waste stations that include bags and attached trash can, most folks do use them, wish everyone did! Quiet community, food trucks once a week, great central location to St. Pete, Tampa and Clearwater and airports.

I had been looking for apartments for two weeks and it’s like I knew instantly upon walking in thanks to Heather and Amber! Not only were they able to accommodate me in such a short time and with the price range I needed to stay in, but most of all they made me feel like family and the feeling still hasn’t stopped since I lived here! I’m super thankful for the lead Maintenance Manager and his team! They work so hard and are extremely kind. Yes, I like the place, but One of the things I look for is how the staff is! Thank you, Heather, Amber, and Maintenance Manager with his team For your amazing service! I hope they get recognized for these things working for corporate myself, I know a good or bad attitude can make or break a sale.

The leasing staff and maintenance crew have blown my expectations away with their attentiveness and kindness. I’ve lived in a handful of complexes over the years and Anthem has reminded me that not all places are cold and unwelcoming, they are truly there for you. Thanks so much for all of your help with the moving process and making me feel like I had a helping hand.

Lived here for about a year and a half, overall our experience was fine, but not great. We lived on the Walmart side of the complex and the parking there is horrendous. I wish there were more trees on the grounds to provide shade for parked cars. While I appreciate the strictness of management regarding what you can and cannot have around your apartment (front door/patio) it was also challenging at times, but it keeps things uniform, which I appreciate. However, if you break the rules they are quick to fine you. This is only an issue because there is limited storage in most of the smaller units, and you are not allowed to keep any kind of containers out on your patio. You also must always bring in your trash can immediately and not have more than two bags of trash or Valet Living will tattletale on you. The gym was fine for an apartment gym, which is a plus. Maintenance was quick to respond to requests, and the apartments were nice inside with very minimal wear and tear. Newer appliances meant a lower electricity bill, which as nice! Units were quiet and I RARELY heard my neighbors. Overall I think the units are overpriced, but the location is pretty good. We had no issues moving in or moving out, and that is always a plus. The office staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

I’m almost 62 years old and been renting, leasing and owning my own home once before. The entire staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. They will bring tears of joy to you. So far, Frank and Katy have went above and beyond their job description to get my husband and I in our lease. The amount of patience, knowledge, and kindness they possess is phenomenal. Technology is tough nowadays. This office is equipped to meet all your needs with a humble smile. Everybody is so welcoming!!! They are a great team together. We couldn’t ask for a better apartment home while living here temporarily. Grace and peace!!

We relocated from KY and Gateway North has become our home away from home. The team is very friendly and always welcoming, and we love the resident events. Kim, the property manager, was very helpful and able to provide assistance when I finally decided I wanted to make the move. Damir and the maintenance team have done a great job at keeping the property looking nice. I’m happy to call Gateway home!
