I was very pleased with the response time the Technician Robert Gomez was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away, quoted me the cost to fix it and fixed it. Very pleased. I called about our refrigeration/freezer and water appearing under the freezer and ice build up on floor inside the freezer compartment. Was told they could service next day. Drew showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the issue as plugged defrost drain. Repaired in under an hour. Could not be better!
